His Story:
My father, grandfather, and great grandfather were all Tuscan winemakers. I learned from my father, Marcello and grandfather, Lito at a young age. After graduate school from UC Davis I worked for 5 years at Silver Oak. I have been a consultant for several small family wineries, such as Groppallo, over the past 9 years.

Winemaking philosophy:
My philosophy is to let grapes express their characters from the regions, soils and climates in which they grow. Just like good parents guide their children through life, I guide each wine carefully through adolescence, gently pushing it to its full potential, helping it to discover its identity as it matures.
