Our Wines

The grapes are carefully watched and nurtured by wine team, balancing both the unpredictable elements mother nature happens to provide and the overall development of the grape clusters.

Once the wine team collectively determines the grapes are at their optimal maturity, the fruit is then hand picked and processed into wine. The juice is aged in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months before being bottled and packaged. Our bottle storage and fulfillment center maintains an average temperature of 60 degrees to insure the quality of our wines stay intact.

Our current production is an Estate Grown 100% Merlot, a proprietary red wine called Bliss and Chardonnay.
